PEG-b-P4VP block copolymer self assembled in an aqueous medium with formation of nanosized spherical micelles was thus prepared. Gold nanoparticles were successfully loaded into PEG-b-P4VP based micelles. This was confirmed by UV-vis, TEM and DLS analysis.
