Item A cyber-physical approach for development of Vacuum Control System on the EBMR plant(2023-01-01) Tzakova D.; Ivanova T.; Belev Y.; Batchkova I.One of the great challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the transition to Cyber-Physical Systems, which allows for a high degree of adaptability, autonomy, reliability, usability and security. Cyber-Physical Systems-based control and automation is one of the possible ways to implement a smart factory. The cyber-physical approach, proposed in this paper is based on to the standard for Batch Control IEC-61512 (also known as S88) and the standard for development of distributed process measurement and control systems - IEC-61499. The suggested approach is implemented for development of vacuum control system, which is a part of the electron beam melting and refining plant producing metals and alloys with a high degree of purity.Item Development of Asset Administration Shell for the components of EBMR plant(2023-01-01) Ivanova T.; Gocheva D.; Batchkova I.; Belev Y.The use of reference architectures and frameworks is an important prerequisite for dealing with the complexity, diversity and heterogeneity of cyber-physical systems. One of the most popular architectures is RAMI 4.0, suggested by the Industry 4.0 Working Group. According to RAMI 4.0, the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) is a digital copy of assets, an implementation of the digital twin for Industry 4.0. The paper represents a semantic approach for development of AAS, which presents the data model through ontology. The semantic model allows for the presentation of facts, data schemes and meta-data in a unified way, using a global identification scheme. An example from the development of AAS for I4.0 components of an EBMR plant illustrates the approach.Item Model-driven development of agent-based cyber-physical systems(2019-11-01) Batchkova I.; Ivanova T.In order to achieve its goal in using intelligent adaptive and predictive technical systems with self-X functions and cognitive information processing in continuous interaction with environment, the Industry 4.0 initiative implies integration of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), the Internet of Tilings (IoT) and cloud computing leading to what is called ``smart factory``. This, in turn, faces the CPS with new challenges in terms of increasing the degree of distribution, autonomy, mobility, communication and security of the systems and their components, as well as expanding their functionality in the direction of data analytics, information and knowledge extraction, and increasing their intelligence. The main aim of the paper is to define a software process model for model-driven development of agent-based CPS using the Organization-based multi-agent software engineering process framework O-MaSE. CPS are developed as layer-based Multi Agent Systems (MAS) that enable the division of system elements into levels, reduce the coupling between modules and facilitates abstractions as well as the distributions of responsibilities. The suggested approach is illustrated with an example for model-driven development of pilot batch reactor as an agent-based CPS based on O-MaSE methodology and agentTool III.Item Optical and vibrational spectra analysis of CVD - Mixed oxide films: Optimization of the films electrochromic performance(2010-01-01) Ivanova T.; Gesheva K.A.; Abrashev M.; Sharlandjiev P.; Nazarova D.Mixed oxide films based on Mo and W were successfully prepared by atmospheric pressure CVD at the low substrate temperature of 200oC. High amount of oxygen was used to ensure a high degree of oxidation resulting in more stoichiometric oxide films. The structural transformations under different thermal treatments were studied by Raman spectroscopy and FTIR spectroscopy analysis. The films were characterized electrochemically by cyclic voltammetry using different electrolytes, scan rates, etc. The mixed oxide films exhibited a strong electrochromic (EC) effect. © 2010 IOP Publishing Ltd.
