Item A Chisel Fertilizer for In-Soil Tree-Layer Site-Specific Application in Precision Farming(2023-01-01) Nukeshev S.; Yeskhozhin K.; Karaivanov D.; Ramaniuk M.; Akhmetov E.; Saktaganov B.; Tanbayev K.An original technical solution is proposed that permits the application of a main fertilizer dose once in 4-5 years at a depth of 6-25 cm with an inclined belt. The work aims to investigate the interaction between the proposed working tool (ripper-distributor) of the developed chisel-fertilizer with the soil, and to determine dependences that link its traction force with the design parameters. Studying the soil deformation pattern under the influence of working tool cutting parts based on classical mechanics made it possible to determine the dependence between the tractive force of the ripper-distributor and its design parameters. 3D modeling and C.F.D. analysis by using SolidWorks Flow Simulation® made it possible to define the fertilizer distributor parameters of the working body and flow characteristics of fertilizers. The distribution quality studies of fertilizer granules in compartments of the working tool distributor showed that the non-uniformity of distribution at different dosages (from 50 to 400 kg/ha) ranges from 7.8% for the application of granulated superphosphate up to 22.7% for the application of powdered superphosphate. The chisel-fertilizer enables soil-friendly and sloping site-specific fertilizer application at a depth from 5.6-9.8, 16-18, 23-25.8 cm, and a fertilizer distribution non-uniformity of 14-15% over the width of the spreader.Item Determination of the rational number of blades of the centrifugal wheel of a submersible pump(2020-01-01) Isametova M.; Karaivanov D.; Nussipali R.Item Experimental equipment for investigation of soybean storage with active ventilation(2020-01-01) Duisenova S.; Atykhanov A.; Karaivanov D.; Kassymbayev B.; Kalym K.; Sagyndikova A.The article investigates and substantiates the operating modes of container-modular equipment with active ventilation, such as specified (real) productivity, power consumption of the conveying process, as well as the use of a progressive method of controlling the humidity and temperature in soybean storage volume. A key method of increasing yields is fertilizer in the soil. However, most machines cannot efficiently allocate and apply the fertilizer in the soil. In this regard, a dynamic model of the hopper of fertilizer applying machine is created. A methodology for determination of the natural frequencies of the mechanic system is proposed. Using matrix mechanics, equations for determining the kinetic and potential energy are derived. In the paper differential equations for description of forced small-amplitude vibrations of the system are composed and solved. Thanks to them the natural frequencies of the system are determined. The results are intended for research and optimization of a real machine, developed in KazATU – Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.Item INVESTIGATION OF KINEMATICS AND POWER OF COMPOSITE PLANETARY GEARS FOR WIND TURBINES(2024-01-01) Karaivanov D.; Kerimzhanova M.F.; Isametova M.E.; Seiіtkazy N.S.; Turymbetova G.The article presents a method of complex kinematic analysis of a mechanical wind turbine system. Input data, such as the speed of rotation of the input shaft of the gearbox, for the multi-criteria analysis of the planetary multiplier of the wind turbine were obtained from the results of computer simulation of the air flow. The fundamentals of the torque method were used to study planetary compound gears (PСG), called a multiplier. The variants of kinematic schemes of composite planetary transmission are analyzed in order to determine the most optimal distribution of the energy flow. The torque method allows not only kinematic analysis (determining the ratio of speeds), but also power analysis (determining the direction and magnitude of internal power flows), as well as determining efficiency. Relatively simple formulas for calculating the ratio of speeds and efficiency made it possible to carry out multi-purpose optimization of the parameters of the considered PСG. As a result of the analysis, the most optimal scheme of a composite planetary gearbox was determined, taking into account the kinematics of the airflow on the wind turbine wheel.Item Mathematical Modelling and Designing of a Universal Conical Spreader for Granular Material(2023-09-01) Nukeshev S.; Eskhozhin D.; Mamyrbayeva I.; Karaivanov D.; Gubasheva A.; Tleumbetov K.; Kossatbekova D.; Tanbayev K.A universal conical spreader for uniform distribution of granular fertilizers and seeds of grain crops, grasses is proposed. The developed universal conical spreader is designed for subsurface application of above-mentioned granular materials using seed drills and can be used as a passive distributor in a wide variety of applications. The methods of theoretical mechanics and descriptive geometry, particularly the method of replacement of projection plane have been applied to arrive at the design of the cone - the shape of conical spreader. A parametric equation was derived for the truncated part of the cone, which is an ellipse. The unique design of the cone-shaped distributor has a truncating form in the direction transverse to the movement of the seeder. In order to determine the interval of variability of spreader parameters more precisely, an analysis was carried out using a Mathcad-15 software. The results of theoretical research were confirmed in the laboratory and field conditions. The width of seed distribution, uniformity, and stability of distribution were studied to arrive at the most effective cone distributor design. The smallest values of non-uniformity and instability of material distribution of experimental coulter are reached at the values of factors D = 117-119 mm, h = 17-18 mm, and H = 32-35 mm.Item The selection of optimal reversible two-speed planetary gear trains for machine tool gearboxes(2020-01-01) Troha S.; Vrcan Ž.; Karaivanov D.; Isametova M.The application of multi-criteria optimization to two-carrier two-speed planetary gear trains is outlined in this paper. In order to determine the mathematical model of multi-criteria optimization variables, the objective functions and conditions must be determined first. Two-carrier two-speed planetary gear trains with brakes on coupled shafts are analyzed in this paper. The mathematical model covers the determination of the set of the Pareto optimal solutions as well as the method for selecting an optimal solution from this set. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the procedure in which the optimal two-speed planetary gear train is selected and defined by design parameters.Item Theoretical investigation of a conic-helical loosener for fertilizer applying machine Teorijsko ispitivanje konično-helikoidnog rasipača stroja za umjetno gnojivo(2017-01-01) Nukeshev S.; Eskhozhin D.; Karaivanov D.; Eskhozhin K.; Balabekova A.; Zhaksylykova Z.; Zolotukhin Y.The paper reveals that the available facilities of granular fertilizer applying do not completely meet the technical requirements. In order to ensure stable and reliable dosing of fertilizers it is necessary to destroy the arch obtained above the hopper outlet and to provide forced feeding of the material (fertilizer) to the feeder (measuring device). The goal of the study is selection of optimum parameters of the fertilizer applying machine conic-helical loosener. The theoretical researches carried out allow to establish the relation between the motion (speed and displacement) of the material (fertilizer) elementary particles along the coils of the springs and the loosener design and technological parameters (the angle between the generant and axis-cones, the helix angle of spring coils, the cone base radius, the coefficients of external and internal friction, the angular speed). By varying each one of the parameters their optimum combination could be selected depending on the accepted loosener efficiency criterion.Item Theoretical substantiation of the design of a seeding device for differentiated intra soil application of mineral fertilizers(2016-01-01) Nukeshev S.; Eskhozhin D.; Lichman G.; Karaivanov D.; Zolotukhin E.; Syzdykov D.The existing seeding devices not fully provide quality of application of mineral fertilizers. Unevenness and instability of application reach 20-40% at demanded to 15%. It, first of all, associated with the absorption of fertilizers and imperfection of seeding devices for fertilizer. For a solution of the problem of ensuring quality of application of mineral fertilizers at their intra soil differentiated application the original design of the pin reel of a seeding device is offered. Pins of the reel are executed in the form of the tetrahedral truncated pyramids located on crossing right and left multiple-helical lines on a reel surface. Theoretical researches relied on regularities of classical mechanics. As a result of theoretical researches the expression connecting all key design and technological parameters is received: reel radius, number of pins on it, their height and the sizes of the top and lower basis, diameter of a driving wheel, rate of application, aisle width, and transfer ratio of the driving mechanism.Item TORQUE METHOD INVESTIGATION OF WOLFROM GEAR TRAINS(2023-01-01) Karaivanov D.; Bekzhanov S.; Saktaganov B.This article considers the Wolfrom planetary gear train, its most used variants and areas of application.
