dc.description.abstractIn the article is tracked the technological process „ crushing of ore “ in the enterprises of mining and processing of ore in order to obtain concentrate for metallurgical industry. The materials and intangible resources needed for realization of the process have been described, analyzed and assessed. On the basis of published information about the produced and realized concentrate, the costs have been determined and the method of the Break Even Point has been applied. It permitted to obtain the minimal amount of produced and realized concentrate, necessary for the successful functionality of the enterprises. A proposal for the optimization of the production process has been made as well as a comparison between the costs before and after the implemented measures for optimization.
