Abstract
This article is devoted to the process of staff turnover in general and in the manufacturing industry (including metallurgy and chemical industry in particular). Statistics for the last years for this process in Bulgaria are presented and the current trends are taken into account. Different authors' views on the most important aspects of the staff turnover process are considered. Approaches are expressed, how with the help of the company culture, the process can be managed.
